My name is Mounika and I am here to raise funds for my mother in law Rajeshwari who is 50 years old. Rajeshwari lives in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh with her children. She is a housewife.

Now she is admitted in andra hospital Vijayawada.
She is in ICU and in very critical condition. As per doctor it takes 4 days to remove all the water formed in her body.
All 4 heart valves are damaged. only 25 percent of heart is in working condition .it is very difficult even to take breathing.
