Have braved setbacks at early age. Due to migration from Kashmir had to move to Kashmiri Pandit migrant camp in GSI Building, Narwal, Jammu, then moved to Purkhoo Jammu, where I lost my father at an early age, the reason being father of 3 daughters and unable to provide us best education and life. Still our mother made all 3 daughters Engineers on meagre amount of relief funds from Government. Got married in 2004 and I was just enjoying my every bit of life paying gratitude to the Universe. Suddenly unexpected storm come into my life.
My name is Monika and I am raising funds for my husband Mr Rajesh Wazir 49 years old Who lost his job in August 2020 due to pandemic and got diagnosed that he is suffering from liver Cirrhosis no pre-disease, non-smoker, non-alcoholic needs urgent liver transplant. We don’t have any live donor in my close relatives. He has 70 years old mother suffering from Cirrhosis,44 years old wife, two daughters 15-year-old and a 10-year-old to take care of.
A humble appeal from me to all of you to save my husband who need a Liver transplant immediately. Everything was going smoothly but in month November 2020 my father-in-law who was diagnosed liver Cirrhosis, got his problem aggravated and expired in March 2021 due to liver Cirrhosis and my husband had depleted all their life savings. Rs 14 lakhs were spent on his treatment. Also, my mother-in-law is undergoing treatment for the same illness and the cost of treatment is very high.
Currently we are taking treatment from ILBS hospital and it was suggested by eminent doctors over there to have a Liver transplant so in order to save him from this severe illness we got dates from hospital for pre-testing evaluation this Monday i.e 5th July , 2021. As of today, liver is considerably damaged. We cannot wait for a cadaver liver. So myself, wife Monika has decided to go for ABO mismatch liver transplant option to become a donor with different blood group to save, my husband and father to my daughters. Till date family has spent lakhs together on medical bills. Rajesh was fine before this and had no prior hospitalization.
Monika Wazir, along with her two daughters 15-year-old and 10-year-old, request you to all to kindly come forward and help. Your help will help Rajesh to get a liver transplant so that he can live and take care of his family again. Even the smallest contribution will make a big difference. Kindly Help.
