Help Rajesh For His Kidney Transplantation

My friend, Mr.Rajesh Rajendran (Age-30) is suffering with Chronic Kidney disease from June-2018 and was given first dialysis treatment in July-2018.
It was from January, 2019 he had to go for two dialysis per week.
Now this count has increased to three dialysis per week. As per biopsy test result, 80% of his kidneys were damaged and functioning efficiency is 6%.
As the condition got worsen, the doctor suggested that the best treatment could be Kidney transplantation to save his life.
His mother Mrs. Nirmala Rajendran (age-51) is a willing donor.
Rajesh is a degree holder and hails from a family of six members. His father is a menial worker and mother is a home maker. His two younger brothers just completed their graduation.
The Kidney transplantation Operation cost will be approximately 7 Lakhs as estimated by Dr. Praveen Muralidharan. Rajesh's family has already spent more than 5 lakhs for the ongoing treatment by spending all their savings.
