My name is Madhusmita Maduli and I am here to raise funds for my Husband Rajesh Kumar Mohapatra who is 26 years old. He is a security guard in Bangalore.
He has been suffering from liver/brain/kidney failure and his life continues to be critical for the past few days. He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care in Victoria hospital, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Until now, we've spent about Rs.3,00,000. we've arranged the amount from savings, loans & selling assets.

ମୁଁ "ଆଦ୍ୟାଶିଂକା" ମୋର ବୟସ ମାତ୍ର ଦେଢବର୍ଷ 😭😭। ମୋର ବାବା ରାଜେଶ ମହାପାତ୍ର ବାଣପୁର, ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଓଡିଶାର ବାସିନ୍ଦା ଅଟନ୍ତି। ଆମ ଘରେ ମତେ ମିଶେଇକି ୭ଜଣ ସଦସ୍ୟ ରହୁ। ପରିବାରର ଗୁଜୁରାଣ ମେଣ୍ଟାଇବା ପାଇଁ ମୋ ବାପା ବ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗାଲୋର ରେ ଜଣେ ଜଗୁଆଳି ଭାବେ କାମ କରନ୍ତି। ସେଠି କାମ କରୁଥିବା ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ବାବାଙ୍କର ହଠାତ୍ ବାନ୍ତି ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ସେଠାରେ ଥିବା ଅନ୍ୟ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ମୋ ବାବାଙ୍କୁ ବାଙ୍ଗାଲୋର୍ ସ୍ଥିତ ଏକ ସରକାରୀ ମେଡିକାଲ୍ କୁ ନେଇଥିଲେ। ସେଠାରେ ସେ ବାବାଙ୍କର ଅବସ୍ଥା ଦେଖି ମନା କରିଦେଲେ କି " ଆଉ ନୁହଁ " । ତୁରନ୍ତ ସେଠାରୁ ଆଣି ଏକ ପ୍ରାଇଭେଟ୍ ମେଡିକାଲରେ ଆଡମିଟ୍ କରାଗଲା। ଡାକ୍ତର କହିଲେ କି କିଡନି ଖରାପ ଅଛି। ତାହାର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଚାଲିବା ଭିତରେ ଡାକ୍ତରଙ୍କ କହିବା ଅନୁସାରେ ୭୫% ଭଲ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏବେ ତିନିଦିନ ଭିତରେ ଆଉ ଗୋଟେ ରୋଗ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଚି ବୋଲି ଡାକ୍ତର କହୁଛନ୍ତି। ବ୍ରେନ୍ ଡ୍ୟାମେଜ୍। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସେ ICU ରେ ଭର୍ତି ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଯେଦି ସେ ପାଞ୍ଚ ମିନିଟ୍ ପାଇଁ ବାହାରକୁ ବାହାରିବେ ତେବେ ତାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣବାୟୂ ଉଡିଯିବ। ମୋ କଥା ବୁଝିବ କିଏ😭😭?? ମୁଁ ଅନାଥ ହେଇଯିବି। ମୋ ଜୀବନରେ ବାବାର ଖୁସି ପାଇବିନି। ଏଣୁ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ ଗୋଟିଏ ଟଙ୍କା ଦାନ କରି ମୋ ବାବାଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ବଞ୍ଚେଇଦିଅନ୍ତୁ। ମା ଭଗବତୀ ମୋ ବାବାଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷା କର ।
