My name is Janardhan Pola and I am here to raise funds for my nephew Rajesh Chappa who is 22 years old. Rajesh met with an accident on the 15th May 2022 and went into neurological shock and under ventilator support since then.

He is receiving treatment at Tirumala Medicover Hospitals located at Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh.

Rajesh is in ICU since the time of admission and is under treatment costing 40k to 50k INR daily.

Rajesh's family is financially unstable and is struggling to meet the hospital expenses. It is not clear how long Rajesh will need treatment.
