Mr. Rajendra Gupta admitted with Sir H N Reliance foundation is found to have calculous cholecystitis and acute pancreatitis.

The doctor was planning to treat acute pancreatitis and then treat him by Cholecystectomy. Before Cholecystectomy MRCP was to be done.

However, he had chest pain during admission and after an evaluation, he was found to have STEMI (ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction) for which he had to undergo urgent angioplasty to LCX.
