Eegam Rajendar came from poor family background, his family is totally dependent on his daily wages. Recently Rajendar and his wife welcomed a fraternal twins. Both twins were born with medical complications with PFO and are going through multiple surgeries involving opening of lungs operation as they were born with breathing complications.This poor family cannot afford such expenses hence in need of crowd fundraisers help.
