My father Mr. Rajani kanta subudhi, 63 yrs, male was admitted with alleged H/o fall in my house around 10:30am on 25/05/22, H/o LOC and one episode of vomiting. Known case of HTN, DM. Father was taken initially treatment at berhampur then brought to Visakhapatnam for further treatment. Later CT scan done, showed intraventricular bleed causing moderate hydrocephalus. Also made of subarachnoid haemorrage in bilateral perietal and left occipital lobes. Father has admitted to ICU, intubated and connected to Ventilator.
Currently patient is under tracheostomy care and physiotherapy treatment for futher condition improvement.

Patient is related to my father.

Funds to be utilize on to clear the pending amounts to borrowed from my friends and relatives, physiotherapy treatment and of tracheostomy care by sisters which is too expensive  for further treatment.
