I am writing this letter to express my desire to raise funds for a kidney transplant.
Mr.L Raja had kidney disease for 18 years and according to his nephrologist, transplant is still the recommended treatment for him with end stage kidney disease.
He has admitted in the Global Hospital for the kidney transplant operation and treatment and after the operation he has to stay in ICU for nearly 2 to 3 months to gain good health.
The medical expenditure comes around INR30 to INR40 lakhs already they have arranged 80% of the money and the remaining amount to be collect from the well wisher and donors.
In this connection I beg you kindly donate him to save his life through a successful kidney transplant operation and treatment.
