I am 35 years old and is residing in Punjab. I have been diagnosed with Polio Deformity from childhood.  I had brain attack on  2007 . Now my condition i is worse. I am unable to walk and I am  fully depend on my parents. I need medical treatment to fully recover. I am being treated at Bhola Hospital. Which will cost around Rs.1,500,000.
