Rahul Kumar Gupta is a young dynamic youngster with aspirations of causing systemic change and colorful dreams. He has been associated with the Piramal Foundation for the last 3 years, first as as a Gandhi Fellow (Batch-12) and then as a Programme Leader in Andhra Pradesh. Everyone who comes across Rahul feels the joy of his company.

On 9th November 2021, Rahul met with a small accident near Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh during his Diwali vacations and was admitted to the City Hospital in Gorakhpur. The right side of his body stopped responding. After 8 days of treatment, he was referred to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Lucknow for further treatment and since then he has been receiving treatment there.
 
Rahul is currently receiving Plasma Fluorosis Treatment for his present condition. However he has not been responding to the line of treatment and his condition has turned critical. He has now been moved on to Ventilator support.
 
Rahul hails from a humble background and his father, a farmer, is the key earning member. The family is feeling helpless and needs our collective financial support to see him to recovery. His family immediately needs at least 5 lakhs to continue the medical treatment.
