My name is Bala Subramanian and I am here to raise funds for my friend Raghu Ram, 33 years old who is suffering from Acute Liver failure suddenly due to dengue. He lives in Chennai with a spouse (Housewife) and 4 years old child.

He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care at Dr. Rela Institute & Medical Centre - Multispeciality Hospital, Chennai, Tamil Nadu since 15 November 2021. Until now, we've spent about Rs. 15,00,000 from savings and borrowings from relatives.

As he was diagnosed with end-stage liver disease and in the critical stage where only the liver transplantation can save his life, which costs around Rs 25,00,000/-  Raghuram is from a middle-class background, working in a private firm. He is the sole bread
-winner and his family can't afford this huge medical bill. His wife Mrs. Dhanalakshmi came forward to donate her liver to save him. In the next few days, we need additional Rs 40,00,000/- (i.e. Rs 25,00,000 for liver transplantation and Rs 15,00,000 for post-operative procedures & further hospitalization expenses ).
