Pusa kalavathi mother of Pusa Sai Kiran has tested Covid positive and was admitted to the hospital on April 29th with a CT severity score of 10/25. Where her condition deteriorated in 5days and we were asked to shift her to a better facility with high oxygen availability.
After a day's search, she was admitted to ZOI hospitals Somajiguda, where her CT severity score was determined as 24/25 with 90% lung infection.
Initially, doctors didn't have any clue on the progress, as time passed by they were able to see a slight improvement. They started treating her on Bipap ventilation, after a week's process they observed a positive response to the treatment. Though her saturation levels improved but has not reached the required levels yet. Doctors have given a positive note that she is improving but it shall take time for the process and the time is not specifically provided due to her pre-existing health conditions like diabetes and hypertension.
So far we have paid around 16 lakhs ( 3 lakhs in the first hospital and & 13 lakhs approx till date in the current hospital. All the bills paid are uploaded on a timely basis in the campaign link. Overall it's been 27days and the overall expenses per day sum up to 60000.
