My brother Purushotham was a loving and caring man who never failed to be there for his daughters, wife, parents, family and friends. Last Friday evening, May 21, 2021, Purushotham met with a tragic accident that took his life and left his friends and family heartbroken and sad. He worked as a Medical Representative in Jagdale Industries Pvt Ltd. He was a hard-worker and his entire team are deeply saddened by the loss of their good friend and employee.

Purushotham is survived by his wife Bhargavi (27), 5 and 2 years old daughters Sahasra and Harini and his parents. A loving husband, father, son, brother, Friend. Purushotham was a blessing to those who got the chance to know him. The community remembers him through his kindness and gratitude. He was always an optimist, making sure to put a smile on everyone's face. He would always go out of his way to help people out and make sure everyone around him was happy. His dream was to give his family the best life and help them achieve their dreams. At only 35 years of age, he left the world too soon before being able to see his daughters grow old.

Purushotham was the sole provider of the family. His 2 year old suffers from seizures constantly and is currently undergoing medical treatment which might not continue for long without your generous contributions. This milaap is set up to help ease the burden and stress that Purushotham's family is experiencing during this devastating time. May he rest in peace, may god give his family strength during this unfortunate time.

This fundraiser is organized by Saritha Rapolu ( Purushotham's cousin sister). All funds raised will help to assist his daughters' future.
