**Support us to ensure food for 1000 families**
Daily Wager, Taxi drivers, Rickshaw puller, Mouse Maids, Street Hawkers. They haven making our life easy everyday it our time to do something for them.
We have identified 1000 families & pledged to take care of them during this lock down & and on coming slow down of no jobs available.
Help us to let their world not stop, let them have daily meals & not just stay home but stay happy at home
I am co-founder & coo of a start-up working in automobile space we have 300 + skilled labors eg: Mechanic, electrician, Helpers & so on. Post the lock down was announced we did detailed financial math to ensure we can provide salaries to all at least all must have basic need full filled, post that I got a call from one of the Mechanic Thanking me for the salary but after that he said something which just knocked me off, “sir mere pados mein 3 pariwar rehte hain wo labor hain, kaam nahi nahi toh ab do din se unke pass khane ko bhi nahi hai hum saath meine khate hai, koz or paise mil jate toh unko bhi khana mil jata, app next month salary se kaat lena” (we have 3 neighbour they work as a daily labor, since everything is at half they don`t have money for food, we eat together please give me some advance so that we can get some ration for them, I will repay that from next month salary.

I had to do something for this, I told him you will get that & no need to return, but I the scale of this issues is humongous, that`s what we did:

• Starting collecting details of such families with Adhaar & mobile number & current address.
• Shops & vendors details they normally take ration from near their home.
• Mapping both & instruction to Store owner ₹1000 ($15) ration to each person each week

We achieved 3 things with this activity:

• No long queues at the food or ration distribution counters.
• No queues in ATM as MANREGA transfer created in some areas
• 100% social distancing maintained as people they don`t have go far.
• They are assured that they will get it as their ration shop owner have their details.

We don’t take pictures of any such helps, Why?

During our initial 20 packet distribution we saw a discomfort in people on clicking pictures, like they are saying “Help us if you want, but don’t display their poverty”

So we want to help them rise not embarrass them.
