My name is Vidya Chandran. I am here to fundraise for my friend Priyanka Shukla. 

Priyanka is 31 years old now and has had a chronic liver condition since 2004. She has now been scheduled for a liver transplant after recent episodes of a recurrent infection and deteriorating health. 

The expected expense for the surgery is Rs. 30 lakhs as estimated by the hospital. She has had multiple surgeries in the past years and her dad passed away in 2016 which has made the family tight on funds. 

She is scheduled for the transplant surgery at Gleneagles Global Hospitals Hyderabad as soon as the cadaver organ is available.
