My own brother Prem is working as a software engineer in an TCS and studied in GMRIT is a positive soul with a smile always. Unfortunately he got diagnosed and is fighting with Lymphoma cancer 4th stage since 2 years. After one and half year of treatment he has undergone bone marrow transplant surgery. We have put in all our savings and also bought debt for the treatment till then. It nearly costed 50 lakhs plus till the surgery including 3 stages of chemotherapy and other medicines. We thought treatment came to an end with the surgery.

Unfortunately, after the surgery also there is a relapse in disease and affected the lung. His left lung is completely blocked with tumor again and he is being treated with a new medicine (Pembrolizumab). Each dose (200mg) of this medicine costs 2.5 lakh along with all hospital charges. Doctors said that there is a need to give 10 doses atleast. As of now the treatment cost estimation is around 25 lakhs and continuation depends on response of tumor. We are trying to get debts but, already we have debts to repay from the previous treatment. In this critical situation, to support my brother’s life I am requesting you to help us with fund from your side. Medicine should be given one dose every 3 weeks. As the treatment is already started we need to get ready with money for every dose.we are in urgent need of help.
