My friend Praveen Timmannanavar (39 years old) has been hospitalized since April/28/2021. He is in a serious condition in the ICU taking treatment at Prakriya Hospital for the worse part of COVID 19.
Praveen is the loving husband and caring father of his 6-year-old son. He is the only breadwinner to his family comes from very little background support. Today his life is critical and fighting to overcome his health condition. Until now, we've spent about INR 10 lakhs I and my friends have arranged for some money from our savings (& loans from the family). But looking at his condition and the treatment that is needed, this money is not sufficient and hence I am reaching out to all of you to contribute and donate.
His current condition:
He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care in PRAKRIYA Hospital Bangalore,Karnataka-India.
Praveen has severe COVID pneumonia with 90% Lungs blockage. A week back his condition was worsen so doctor decided for Tracheostomy ( creating an opening in the neck in order to place a tube into a person's windpipe). After Tracheostomy Praveen condition is slightly improving the road to recovery is very slow. This procedure was going to be extremely costly ( up to USD for the family to cover the expenses.
In the next 10 days, we need at-least INR 20lakh more for further treatment it includes prolonged ICU stay, Surgery, Medicine, Hospitalization & so on. I hope pray that he would recover soon.
