My name is Gouri Shankar Patel and I am here to raise funds for my brother Praveen Kumar Patel who is 49 years old. Praveen Kumar Patel lives in Warangal, Telangana with his family.
Praveen Kumar Patel is suffering with Multi-Organ Failure from a few days. He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care in Yashoda Hospital, Malakpet, Hyderabad, Telangana.

At first, he has been diagnosed with Lung Failure for which the treatment has been started but unfortunately, his Body has developed a lot of Carbon-Dioxide and it immediately affected his brain and went into a state of Comma.
Today morning, due to his critical condition, internally the kidney and Heart got effected.
Until now, (we')ve spent about Rs. 200000.
The unfortunate thing is he is not covered under any insurance, all the savings have been spent for treatment so far. Considering our critical situation, we had to opt for this fundraising campaign.
