Pratik Chandan Singh son of Chandan Omkar Singh, living at Tunga Village, Sakinaka, Mumbai, have been detected with a serious & complex heart condition which needs to be operated immediately.

As per the hospital (Reliance Foundation Hospital, Girgaon, Mumbai), the heart surgery will have more than 90% of success rate.

The family has already raised around 2.7 Lakhs, and needs additional 3 Lakhs for the operation to be commenced.

The surgery has been delayed by 8 weeks already. Please help!
