It's about  Rajesh Tiwari . This is regarding his  liver transplant operation.

As you all must have seen from the pic, he is a person who always smiles no matter what the situation is. His son is having an injury in which his Tibia bone  is fractured which directly translates to no movement as per the doctor's recommendation for a month but  he has spent his entire salary, savings, and burnt all the routes possible just to get treated ,He himself  is a patient of Liver disfunction with only 5% Liver remaining. He  is in ICU For the last 36+ hours and has not come back to his senses.

Rajesh Tiwari  never smoked nor drank in his entire life but is now struggling with liver failure with only 5% function remaining, Family is earning a bare-bones salary of 22k per month in which he paying for monthly albumin injection costs of 8k + rent and then for the monthly expense to keep his family afloat.

Now the situation has been so bad that within last 24 hours due to being in ICU the expenditure has crossed 36k and if the pattern continue within a day or two it will cross 1 lac excluding any liver transplant costs.

This I am creating this crowdsourcing fundraiser as if even 1000 people contribute 500 Rs it will save his family from starving to death.

Please do support him and as a humanitarian grounds. I would request all to contribute 500 which is less than a pizza's cost or a quick get together's cost.
