I am writing this on behalf of Prasanti Tripathy (aged #42) Spouse of Rajkishore Tripathy, a Vegetable Vendor (annual income is Rs 40000) in Gopakul Village in Jajpur, Odisha. Currently Prasanti is diagnosed with Breast Cancer Stage-3. She got her Surgery done once in Dec 20 to remove the Cancerous Tumor at Rs 65000. However the disease has spread further. It calls for one more Surgery and diagnosis of impact to other parts of body at AIIMS Bhubaneswar. She has to go through extensive and expensive Chemotherapies there after for her survival. She has #3 Children’s below the age of 12. Her Survival is essential for her Children’s care and nurture. She will require approximately Rs 2 Lacs for her treatments. She needs and requests your generous financial help and prayers for her survival.
She does not have a Google Pay Account. Note I have personally verified her credentials with a Doctor at AIIMS Bhubaneswar and also referring her AIIMS Diagnosis & Prescriptions advising Surgery. I have attached her AIIMS Prescription and Bank Passbook copies here with for your reference as well.
