I am writing this on behalf of School children from Government School Vellalapalayam, a village near Gobichettipalayam Erode district. The government school has 5 class rooms and the staff's are in need of desk and chair to sit. I reached out to a Store and explained this, got some reduction (which I have attached as a quotation image)
What is this fund used for?
To purchase desk and chair for 5 class rooms
How much chairs and desk?
What is the estimated cost?
3 desks at 1100 each = 3300
2 desks at 1000 each = 2000
5 chairs at 500 each = 2500
Total = 7800
What documents will you share?
- I will share the quotation from the Store I am gonna purchase
- I will share the final bill after purchasing the desks and chairs
- I will also share a letter of thanks from the school head master
Note:
- "Small drops make an ocean" - Don't hesitate to contribute the amount you can
- For some reasons Milaap is allowing me create a crowdsourcing request for a minimum of 10,000 but the estimated cost is 7800. So, I will close the request once the amount reached 7800.
