Ms. Tulika Ray, my mother has been admitted in the Narayna Superspeciality Hospital, Guwahati and is in the ICU with ventilator support from 04.10.2020 till date.
My. Father is a retired Assam Police official who has not yet started to receive his pensions and I am a practicing advocate and my income has been affected  since lockdown imposed by the Government.
My family is having no any other source of income and our savings have expired and we are unable to endure the hospital treatment fees.
