Dear friends, we are the students of MBBS batch 2020 of Dr. Ulhas Patil Medical College, Jalgaon. 

Our batchmate Prasad Deshmukh has been diagnosed with *Eisenmenger syndrome along with Tetralogy of fallout, Pulmonary atresia, ASD, and Multiple PAPCAs*. Prasad's condition is deteriorating day by day.

The doctors at *Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Bengaluru, Karanataka* where his treatment is being carried out have declared *heart and double lung transplant* as the final option.

This will cost him *₹ 25,01,000*

Prasad lost his mother 6 months ago due to lung cancer and his father lost his job too. The only source of money for the family is agriculture on a small piece of land. He has 2 younger siblings as well.

We need urgent help for our friend Prasad. Your contribution and your prayers can change the future of a budding medical student. 🙇🏻‍♀️
