Rafat has been working tirelessly for the last five years and presently taking care of 400 distressed dogs, cows, and donkeys in Noida.
Rafat doesn’t treats her outreach as a passion and work with the animal welfare community to sterilize, vaccinate, and provide timely medical aid to these voiceless. Her selfless service has been recognized by PJF and she is conferred with the title of Chetna* Hero.
In these times of lockdown, many more dogs & animals need care and therefore Rafat has decided to increase her daily care to 1000 dogs/animals. Generous contribution is needed from everyone to provide care of these voiceless animals in this difficult time.
