My name is Prakash Yadav and I am here to raise fund for my lovely 3 year old daughter's surgery.
I live in Nallasopara, a suburb near Mumbai. I have 3 daughters, Shravani, Shloka, and Shreya. Shreya is suffering from a congenital anomaly. She has a swollen portion on her lower-back since birth and it is increasing in size with her age.
As per her medical diagnosis - She is having a large 7 X 13 cm swelling at the sacral region going upto gluteal cleft. She has learned to live with it as for her, this is like a part of her body since birth. But, as per doctor's opinion, this will create complications in the future and can affect the nervous system. Doctors have recommended surgical corrections involving MMC repair. This should be done at the earliest to avoid bladder involvement.

Being the only earning member of the family, I am finding it difficult to cope up with the expensive surgery. Please join me to help my little girl so that she can receive the necessary treatment.
