Mr. Prakash, my uncle presented to emergency with fever and chills, vomiting with abdominal pain, increased frequency of urination. He was shifted to HICU for hypotension and severe breathlessness. He was then intubated in view of respiratory distress. Presently he is on nor Andrenaline minimal support. Repeat blood Cultures showed candida tropicalis and started on voriconazole.

Mr. Prakash is from a poor family. He has a daughter of age around 20 yrs who is the only one working girl for the entire family. Their family income is less than 20,000 per month.

He is hospitalised since 8th November and has spent more than 2lakhs till now. The family is not in a position to afford the hospital charges and there is no other support for them to fulfill the hospital expenses.

Hence, I request on behalf of their family to help and support their family to afford the hospital expenses.
