I am writing on behalf of a family in need of financial support for their son, Pradeep D, who is 34 years old and unmarried. Pradeep is the son to Mr. Deniyal who is a Housekeeping Staff at Clarence High School, Bengaluru. Mr. Deniyal joined Clarence in 1991 and has been working faithfully and diligently this far. This campaign is to document the medical necessity involving Pradeep’s condition and treatment which is required to save his life. It also provides information about Pradeep and his current medical condition.
Since childhood Pradeep has experienced difficulties which has aggravated over the years. Six months ago, he was diagnosed with a condition involving a complete renal failure in his body, thereby requiring a ‘renal transplant’. Pradeep’s father, Mr. Deniyal, aged 54, has volunteered to save his son’s life by donating his kidney to him. As of now, Pradeep has been on dialysis twice a week for the past 6 months. After initial treatment at Vellore, he has now been shifted to Manipal Hospital, Bangalore. His current condition continues in his weekly dialysis in preparation for the transplant. However, the cost of this treatment is more than the family can afford. Thus, the need has arisen for raising funds to meet the medical treatment and expenses.
The approximate overall expenditure as stated by Manipal Hospital amounts to Rs. 9.97 Lakhs. Anything additional will go a long way in aiding other expenses such as post-surgery diet, transport to and fro, maintaining a sterile environment, as well as the donor rejuvenation. Mr. Deniyal will be incapacitated for at least 3 months post operation.
Even a small donation will bring us closer to our goal. We urge you to participate in this campaign and help this father-son duo to experience many more blessed years of togetherness and family life.
Thank you in advance for your support and generosity.
