About Atmiya ashramam
Happiness is the party of everybody’s wish, desire and part of their heart feel. It’s God’s gift to humans and remains same for all communities, whether rich or poor. The time you spend with happiness will make sense of heaven. Happiness is part of everybody’s life and happens sporadically.
Current generation are the successors of their ancestors, future building blocks, and had great knowledge to define a path for the future generation. If we provide happiness to our parents who gave this valuable birth to us and parents of the current generation will enjoy their rest of life peacefully.
Let’s provide that happiness to the senior citizens who are living away from their children who need economical support to live their life happily with our support. We have an aim, desire, and decided to run an old age home with the support few friends in a village typically traditional and very near to Puttaparthi with the blessings of Lord Satya Sai in Anantapur which is a backward district in Andhra Pradesh state.
We request and hope you support and take part in this pleasure/privilege to fill the happiness in the life of poor senior citizens. We would like to initiate and continue to do this good work through the benevolence extended by kind-hearted, altruistic individuals, and corporate donors alike.….
Current Status:
Currently with the help of philanthropists Atmiya ashram construction & infrastructure completed providing shelter for old age people (Economically poor people). Atmiya ashram built at a very pleasant location surrounding covered by greenery agricultural lands.
Ashramam having 0.57 Acers of land Donated by the kind-hearted Obuladevarapalli villagers. Now the facility is ready to provide accommodation for around 16 members. Around 8 nos’ of economically poor people are waiting to join ashrama who are not having shelter
As part of Ashramam activities, we conducted the Medical health camps for the old age peoples. Prior to start the Ashramam we are requesting all the philanthropists for support to run the Ashramam smoothly.
Vision / Goal:
To Enhance the permanent infrastructure to provide shelter for more members. To provide shelter and self-employment to old age people to enjoy their rest of life. To expand our services for more and more elderly people to look after them ultimately and kindness in an enjoyable environment till their last journey
To extend the services of the home to more number of needy persons to continue to live by bringing together the hands of all like-minded people
