This is to keep you informed that I Ponmudi A. (Age-50 Yrs.) affected with Cerebellar De-Generation Problem. I am not able to walk and speak properly. I cannot walk without any support. I am sitting at home without any earnings from 2017. I don’t have any other assets or income. (I hereby attached my medical report for your reference).I have spent more money for my treatment. I borrowed money from my friends and relatives for my treatment and repaid that amount from my settlement after my resignation.
Initially I thought that I will pay the fees with my job and salary. But unfortunately my health become like this and my office given voluntary retirement to me. I am residing at home. I don’t have money for my treatment also.
My wife doing housemaid job and earning Rs.8,900/- per month – This salary is to pay for my house rent and food expenses. In this situation i am not able to pay my two daughter’s education fee. Please help my two daughters’ higher education fee.  I have given complete details about college-request you to enquire the fees and pay directly to the college. 

I actually undergone stem cell therapy procedure on 13.9.2011 it costs around 2.25 lacks’ for 3 days accommodation and medicine charges. Based on my health condition they asked me to perform the same procedure for two more time in 8 months gap. Due to money problem I am not able to do the same. Currently this hospital closed and taken over by Apollo Hospitals.
