The world has taken an entirely different turn since last year and we all are going through an unprecedented time. COVID-19 has destroyed the dreams of some, left many without a job to survive and many others lost their loved ones. There are few of us who are still blessed with a job to run our family and manage to survive COVID. Though we expect things to get better, the situation is only getting worse day after day.
India is one of the countries which is completely devasted. It has the most COVID cases in the world by having approx. 350,000 cases per day. The Hospitals are full and patients are forced to wait outside without any medical help despite their critical conditions. Hundreds of people fight for their lives without having enough oxygen supply and a lot more are forced to home quarantine without any proper medication.
120 million people have lost their jobs in April alone and we will fail to explain in words the pain of taking care of one's family without any sort of income. All they would require in such a time is to not die by starvation. There are numerous people who request us to provide basic food so that they can survive each day.
Here I am to encourage each one of you to give however and whatever you can as even a small hand you give will turn out to be a great help for someone who is striving through this situation.
