My name is Srinivas and I am here to raise funds for my cousin brother Pavan Kumar who is 15 years old. Pavan Kumar lives in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh with his parents & siblings. He is a student. To make a living, his father works as a farmer.

Pavan Kumar is suffering from a spinal cord infection for the past few months. He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care at Christian Medical College, Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
