My son has been diagnosed with hip arthritis. I'm working as a peon on contractual basis and drawing Rs 18000 as salary. My wife died last year and I have 2 old parents and three children to take care of. The treatment requires 1 injection costing 7000 each to be given every fortnight for the next 12 months, plus medicines costing  6000 approx to be given every month. I have exhausted all my resources and I am in desperate need of help. My son can't walk or get up from bed and is in constant pain. Please help
