My name is Madhulika (Phatak) Dave and I am here to raise funds for my cousin Pankaj Varadpandey who is 42 years old. Pankaj Varadpandey lives in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh with his spouse (Pranita Varadpandey) & young children (daughter-7 years and son 8.5 years old). Pankaj Varadpandey is working as a public employee. Pankaj Varadpandey is working at the post office agent. Pankaj Varadpandey is suffering from Churg-Strauss syndrome and multiple organ and blood infection from 20 days.  He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care at Ramkrishna Care Hospital, Raipur, Chhattisgarh before that he was admitted to Apollo Bilaspur for about 15 days. He is on ventilator for 4 days and in a very critical condition. Doctors said that he is very critical and to be kept on ventillator for more 5-6 days and continuous medicines . Until now, we've spent about Rs. 600000. we've arranged amount from savings. In the next 3 to 5 days, we need Rs.600,000 more for Further treatment. Please come forward to support my cause.
