This is regarding my dear friend and ex-colleague Mr. Pankaj Singh who has been married to Ms. Anju Singh (housewife) for last 10 years and having two kids aged 6 yrs. (Rudrant) and 4 yrs.(Palak).  Pankaj lost his job 2 years back and since then, he tried his hands in several small businesses without any success. Further, during Covid pandemic lockdown, he was forced to shut down his business. From the month of June, 2020, he started losing weight and having pain in abdomen. Then he consulted Doctors and after endoscopy and biopsy, he was diagnosed with Stage 3 Abdominal Cancer. The surgery got done for removal of the Cancerous Tumor (60 mm x 10 mm) on 9th July, 2020. Post-surgery, 6 Chemotherapy session and Radiation (5 week and 5 days per week) is in process.
He belongs to a lower middle class family with no financial support and unfortunately, his insurance policy does not cover the expenses of critical illness. As we all are aware that treatment of smaller disease is so expensive nowadays, it is not required to say how difficult it is for someone (in this financial condition) to incur the expenses of Cancer treatment. Hence, I request through your organization to arrange for donation towards the treatment of my friend.
