I am Sunil Phalke and I am here to raise funds for my daughter Pallavi Phalke who is currently 9 years old. We live in Pune, Maharashtra.

For the last 2 years, my daughter is suffering from non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis (Chronic Lung Disorder). Currently, she is admitted to Bharati Hospital, Pune. She is Currently on a home Oxygen concentrator and her family has exhausted all funds. She will further require medications, genetic testing, an Oxygen concentrator and supportive management.

She Is on frequent nebulizations and chest Physiotherapy. Till now we have incurred an expense of around 5 Lakhs for the treatment. I have managed to pay this amount from savings and borrowing from friends and family.
