నా పేరు పులపాకుల వెంకటేశ్వరరావు, Dwarakatirumala, Eluru Distrcit, AP. మా తమ్ముడు శ్రీను కొన్ని రోజుల నుంచి నాలుక మీద పొక్కులతో ఇబ్బంది పడుతుంటే డాక్టర్ కి చూపించి టెస్టులు చేయించాము. రిపోర్ట్స్ లో టంగ్ క్యాన్సర్ అని తెలిసింది. దీనికి సర్జరీ చేయాలని డాక్టర్ గారు చెప్పారు. కనీసం ఐదు లక్షలు ఖర్చు అవుతుందని చెప్పారు.
మా తమ్ముడికి భార్య (మార్త) ఒక పాప (వర లాస్య) ఉన్నారు. ఇద్దరూ పనికి వెళితే కానీ ఆర్ధికంగా గడపలేని స్థితిలో ఈ ఆపరేషన్ తలకు మించిన భారమే. దయార్ద్ర హృదయులు  తమకు తోచిన సహాయం చేయవలసిందిగా కోరుచున్నాము. మీ సహాయం వల్ల మా తమ్ముడు యొక్క కుటుంబాన్ని కాపాడిన వారవుతారు.
కొందరి స్నేహితుల సలహా మేరకు హైదరాబాద్ లోని బసవ తారకం ఇండో అమెరికన్ హాస్పిటల్ లో చూపించాము. అక్కడ కూడా నాలుక కాన్సర్ అని నిర్ధారించి ఆపరేషన్ చేయాలన్నారు. హాస్పిటల్ card మరియు రిపోర్ట్స్ atttach చేసాము. అదృష్ట వశాత్తు ఆరోగ్య శ్రీ లో కొంతవరకు ట్రీట్మెంట్ ఖర్చులు కవర్ అవుతున్నాయి. మాకు హైదరాబాద్ లో తెలిసిన వారెవరు లేనందున హాస్పిటల్ కి దగ్గర్లో ఒక రూమ్ తీసుకుని ఉంటున్నాము.

My name is pula Pakula Venkateswara Rao and I am here to raise funds for my brother Srinu who is 31 years old. P.srinu lives in Eluru, Dwarakatirumala, Andhra Pradesh with his wife & children. P.Srinu and wife are working as agricultural labourers.

P.srinu has been suffering from Oral tongue cancer for a few days. He was diagnosed with Tongue cancer in Eluru and same was confirmed by Manipal Hospital, Vijayawada and now presently under treatment at Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital, Hyderabad under Govt. Scheme Aarogya Sri. But Govt aid is only for surgery and we need help for other treatment cost, stay around hospital and associated expenditure for patient and attender.

Until now, we've spent about Rs. 40,000. we've arranged the amount from savings.
