poor childrens and their families are illiterate with limited possibilites in a higher vocation where they end up as daily wage earners.
Beside this,they live in depravation and are incredibly vulnerable to social and economic changes, usually from not having acceptable identity documents.
why do we need to feed them during this lockdown period?
95% of the poor children parents are engaged with daily wage earners such as masons and labourers etc.
Today they are not able to work to feed their families.These peoples are at risk of dying due to hanger.Due to the lockdown,they are not able to travel home to their villages and remain mentally,psychological and emotionally drained due to this corona lockdown.
How can we help?
The money raised will be used to support 1000 families a month to prevent their hunger.
Iraivi Foundation team is also helping in the following ways to enhance the food program in the following ways:
1.By being in contact with 450 childrens who are attached and being in orphan homes by enquiring about their safety,well-eing,food,and ration needs for their families.
2.By sensitizing the children,they engage with about coronavirus and the importance of staying at hoe, wearing a mask,washing hands and maintaining social distancing.
3.By helping the needy childrens and families with dry ration packets and medical support during these difficult times.
