My husband, P. Ramesh Kumar, who works as Contract employee suffering from Parkinson's disease in the form of Dyskinesia from past 12 years. We are staying in Vijayawada, Krishna District. He is taking medicines all these years. Now he is in a situation that medicines can not cure him further. So, Doctors suggested to undergo Brain Operation for him and the estimated cost is 15 Lakhs 50 Thousand INR.

 So, we applied for CM relief fund and we recieved 5 Lakhs INR on 25-03-19 and it is also mentioned that the Fund will be valid for only 30 days. We still need 10 Lakhs to get the operation done. In this regard, I am requesting you to donate amount as much as you can.
