Tejaswini is a young student and social worker who has dreams like all of us. Born to a Fruit vendor, she struggled to overcome odds to full fill her dreams of becoming independent and contributing to the society. 

In pursuit of her dream nature has struck her with a huge hurdle in the form of Brain Cancer. Being a fighter that she has always been, she is doing her best to overcome this. Let us all come together to support her in the smallest way possible.
