I have decided to shave my head to raise charity to help the underprivileged survive the COVID-19 pandemic.
I have reeeeelly long hair as you can see in my pictures and I will be shaving it all off in hope of fundraising for the poverty stricken families. The “before shaving” pictures are attached. I will be posting the “after shaving” pictures after I reach my goal.
I have chosen the charity OXFAM INDIA as they are providing livelihood support to vulnerable families as well as safety kits for frontline health workers and vulnerable communities.https://www.oxfamindia.org/coronavirus

On 11th March 2020, The World Health Organisation declared COVID-19 a pandemic. The impact of this global outbreak will have a catastrophic effect on already vulnerable communities. Millions of Indians are daily wage labourers - which means that they live hand-to-mouth based on the income they receive every day. Furthermore, conditions in slum and poverty stricken areas are prime for the spread of disease. With so many people living in close proximity together, social distancing is impossible.
With nearly a third of a billion people living below the poverty line in India, the messages from partners on the ground is clear: these people will need our help and the problem is far too big for any one government to solve.
