Bharath, a sixth grader who aims to be a scientist belongs to a downtrodden community of Rajendranagar, made me question whether the students of the community like him are getting opportunities to practice their talents and get a minimum amount of practical knowledge about Science. And the answer was 'NO'. The school where these kids go to do not have proper infrastructure and fail to provide equipment to the kids even to practice the basic scientific experiments given in their textbooks.
The funds being raised will be used to create a space for the students where I teach in the form of a science laboratory where they will get a chance to gain practical knowledge. The same will be used to buy equipment for the lab such as microscopes, test tubes, clinical and laboratory thermometer, various chemicals, beakers, funnels, electric cells, magnifying glasses to name just a few
If you believe in the initiative then do your part and help to create the first bridge for students like Bharath and join the movement to help the students attain an excellent education.
