Dear Friends,
My 7 months old child Ojas, is suffering from Biliary Atresia two months after he was born. He is undergoing treatment since the last 5 months in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital, Andheri, Mumbai. He needs to undergo an urgent liver transplant to survive.
This is a rare disease of the liver and bile ducts mostly occurring infants. About one in 15,000 to 20,000 babies do not have complete bile ducts.
Ojas is currently admitted in ICU and sufferings from continuous bleeding. My wife is undergoing for test to donate her liver to my son.
