My name is Ashish Singh and I am here to raise funds for my small brother Noel Ghosh who is 5 years old. 

Noel Ghosh lives in matigara near goru hatti, dist- Darjeeling, West Bengal with his parents & relatives. He is suffering from Bilateral sensorineural hearing loss as well as he can't even speak by birth only and also he has born with a hole in his heart. 

His family is not so financially strong he comes from a lower-middle-class family. His family has already spent there all their savings on his heart treatment now his family is very much distressed. He is receiving medication at govt hospital, Siliguri, WestBengal but has not yet been admitted because he needs to get admitted to a private hospital for his hearing loss problem which he has only a few months to get treated otherwise it cannot be treated in future.

Until now, his parents have already spent around Rs.5lakh on his heart treatment .which has been arranged from savings & loans.
