I am Nimesh's brother. My brother was not able to speak clearly by born,  currently my brother age is 33 Yr, and he is the only single earning person for his family. as he already facing the problem in speaking , and before 8 month detected first level of tongue cancer. my family was given support to do operation in Good Hospital.

After completing the Radiation of 1 month and chemo therapy, his mouth is chock up so he can not take food directly, so last 6 month he is on liquid.

during this fighting with cancer now he is again infected with 3rd stage of cancer, with aggressive level. So we need to do major surgery of Total Glossectomy, RND, PMMC Flap, Trismus surgery and Trachestomy.

So please help my brother for this fight.
