My name is Gajanan and I am raising funds for my cousin, Nilesh Patil. The family has done everything for his medical treatment but unable to arrange Rs.30,00,000 to pay for his liver transplant.

Nilesh is currently on herbal medicines and bedridden due to his poor health. His father is a retired school teacher and doesn’t have any income other than a pension which he is spending on Nilesh’s treatment.
