I was going in a cab when a thirsty child came knocking on my door and asked for "Drinking Water" - there was water all around us on streets but still he had no water to drink! Interestingly he only asked for water because he saw me sipping from my bottle...

I gave away my small bottle of water to him which he shared with his other 4 siblings/friends, I felt very helpless about not carrying more water with me. I then asked where they used to get their drinking water supplies from- it used to be given to them from a nearest vada pao vendor and every time they used to be thirsty, they would just go and ask him to give them water from his can. My next question was why they had to go back again and again and why didn't they store it?

Reply was simple- kahan store karenge? Ghar bhi temporary or bartan bhi :(

I am trying to raise funds to get matkas for atleast 400 such families, so they atleast have water to drink. Many people may question my intention but my intention is to provide them a simple solution to store water to drink even if it is for just 30 days- atleast they will have drinking water with them for next 30 days!!

Please contribute 1 or many matkas this #DaanUtsav- it may be less then the cost of 1 ice-cream!!
