This fundraising campaign, initiated by a group of youth, from different parts of Assam, is aimed at providing free COVID-19 related essential medicines and food essentials in an easily accessible way to the needy COVID-19 victims living under containment zones, who due to financial constraints or lack of accessibility, is being unable to afford them.

Although the Assam government attempts to cover all COVID+ patients in providing them the essential medicines, that said, no COVID-19 patients should, in any way, be bereft of medicines & health supplements during this health crisis. So, under this collaborative initiative by Project Humanity, the raised donations would be channelized to bear the prices of the medicines & supplements to all left out help-seeking COVID+ victims, especially those living under home isolation, on the basis of valid doctor's prescriptions.

As far as delivery of medicines is concerned, any non-infected member of the family can collect the medicines from their nearest pharmacy/medical store. Besides, in those cases where no one is available for a COVID+ to supply them those essential medicines, our team will arrange a mechanism to deliver them at their doorstep, either with the help of volunteers or through ASHA/Anganwadi frontline workers of the area.

However, our COVID reliefs would be preferred to those families, first, who haven't received any relief, either from the government or any NGO.
