Requesting all to kindly help my uncle NayaShariff who is suffering from health issues and is mentally disabled to recover from multiple diseases which have led him to the hospital.

He has been struggling with his brain disorder from 52 yrs and now he has lapsed with issues like Chronic Lungs disease, Heart Enlargement , Fits and very low diabetes..
